YouTube, The third largest website and the largest portal in the world. It is estimated that an average Indian watch 4 hrs videos on the YouTube and in Pakistan it is much higher. Whether YouTube is very much controversial in Pakistan and faced many times ban, it is most popular in Pakistan.
Well, these are some tips or shortcuts that you can manage your watching YouTube experience.
You can do these with your mouse and you know that but, it is quite faster and obviously easy to function through keyboard.
These are some of the shortcut keys only works when you open a new video, without needing to click anything in player.
- J - jump back 10 seconds
- K - toggles play/pause
- L - jump forward 10 seconds
- M -mutes the radio
The following shortcuts only works once you have clicked somewhere in the player.
- left/right arrows - rewind or fast forward 5 seconds
- up/down arrows - volume control
- Numerals 1-9 - skip to 10% to 90% respectively
- Home - jump to start of video
- End - jump to end of video
- F - Enter full screen video
- Esc - exit full screen video
